"E" Activities
  “E” activities cause the heart rate to increase and may cause perspiration. “E” activities are defined for each individual based upon what they said they will do, and these activities are designed to help restore optimal brain chemical levels by helping to burn up excessive levels of unwanted brain chemicals. “E” activities are comprised of two levels: E-1 (moderate increase in heart rate) and E-2 (significant increase in heart rate).

"R" Activities
  “R” activities are relaxing activities that do not cause an increase in heart rate and do not cause perspiration.
